The gaskets and seals we produce at Ace Seal are used in a number of applications where quality and reliability are paramount. All gaskets are custom manufactured using die cutting, laser cutting, or water jet cutting methods, depending on material and volume. For high volume or precision applications, ultra high speed rotary die-cutting can be used to efficiently produce close tolerance parts. Semi-permanent or permanent pressure sensitive adhesives can also be applied to die-cut gaskets to increase the ease and speed of assembly.

Gaskets can be produced in virtually any shape as needed, including hexagonal, oval, and D-shape. Material options are numerous and include chipboard, EPDM, graphite, cork, and others. Specific materials can be chosen based on the required weather, chemical, and heat resistance specified by the application to provide a durable seal that maximizes the life of assemblies and equipment. Individual lead times are evaluated on a job by job basis, depending on the scope and volume of the project but are among the fastest in the industry.
