At Ace Seal, we are global providers of custom fabricated gaskets. As a leading-edge manufacturing company, we operate state-of-the-art production lines and continually update our tooling and process technologies to manufacture quality custom gaskets in any size, shape, or material. We handle low to high volume orders, offer remarkably fast turnaround, and our custom products are competitively priced.

We use several different technologies for creating custom gaskets, including water jet cutting, die-cutting, laser cutting, and molding. Each technique has its advantages based on the design complexity, material, and volume requirements. For example, where water jet cutting and laser cutting are beneficial for intricately detailed gasket designs, die-cutting is more useful for short and large run production of adhesive-backed gaskets supplied on rolls for peel-and-stick applications. Our staff is available to discuss the choices and help customers decide what is best.

We supply gaskets for various types and functions, including flange, spiral wound, vehicle gaskets, weather stripping, etc. Along with carbon fiber, elastomers, natural and synthetic rubbers, material categories include foam, fluoropolymers, silicone, and thermoplastics. With our endless material choices, we have solutions for extreme temperature tolerance, chemical compatibility, and FDA and Mil-spec compliance. We offer materials that are fire and flame resistant, RFI shielding, and those are tolerant to high pressure conditions, and more.

Headquartered in California, we have ISO/TS 16949:2016 facilities worldwide to offer the best quality, price, and lead times. We serve customers in many industries - aerospace, biotechnology, oil and gas, medical, military, semiconductor, and solar, among many others. We provide personalized customer service and technical support for design and material selection.
