With our extensive capabilities, Ace Seal is a leading provider of high-quality, custom-molded rubber components. We mold prototypes, OEM components, and offer integrated contract manufacturing programs. Along with compression molding and injection molding, our capabilities include overmolding, where we create finished parts with structural, conductive, and threaded inserts. We offer an extensive selection of strong, durable natural and synthetic rubbers and form them into any shape and size. Products we commonly manufacture include rubber seals, O-rings, gaskets, and plugs in low to high volumes for a wide variety of industrial applications.

Customers can leverage our expertise when selecting the material for a rubber component. We examine requirements for strength, hardness, tolerance to heat and cold, resistance to chemicals, oils, gases, and fuel, etc. We also consider aspects such as industry compliance and cost to help pinpoint good options. Materials we work with include Buna/Nitrile, butyl, EPDM, neoprene, silicone, urethane, and Fluorocarbon (FKM), among many others.

Our production capabilities include compression molding, an economical, low waste process that uses high-density, cost-effective tooling to produce a high volume of components in one cycle. With injection molding, we mold high volumes of parts with intricate designs and close tolerance quality criteria, and overmolding enables us to bond a metal or plastic insert with the rubber part right in the mold to save on assembly. All of our molding processes are certified to ISO/TS 16949:2016 standards.

We accept orders of any size or complexity. With our worldwide facilitates, we offer impressive quality, price, and lead times. We provide just-in-time delivery programs, blanket order fulfillment, and our clients come from a diversity of industries, including aerospace, biotechnology, oil and gas, medical, military, semiconductor, solar, and many others.
